How charges appear

Charges for Matrix-Forge tools may appear under the name of the relevant merchant-of-record, payment processor, or the tool/site you purchased from.

If you are unsure which tool generated a charge, contact support with the date, amount, and card statement description.

Most early Matrix-Forge offers are one-time digital purchases, credit packs, or access to a narrow workflow.

Each child site should clearly disclose its own pricing, output promise, and any product-specific limits before checkout.

Pre-purchase questions, duplicate charge reports, invoice questions, and refund requests should all route to the same support inbox.

When a payment platform or merchant-of-record manages the transaction, we may rely on that provider's records to resolve billing issues.
